Personal Statement and Specialties

I offer a safe, compassionate and supportive environment in order to create personal change, decrease symptoms, improve relationships, enhance coping strategies and facilitate healing. By offering questions, observations and insights I can help guide you in managing life’s challenges and making changes in your life.  I approach each client as a unique individual, couple and family; therefore I adapt the therapy to meet each persons needs appropriately.

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship loss, self-wellness, children of divorce and grief.  I enjoy working with children, teens, individual adults, families and couples. I have worked with a wide range of ages, from 6 years old to 60 years old.  I am dedicated to professional development through ongoing training and supervision.

I believe that you have a right to therapy that meets your needs and works towards your goals. I work collaboratively with my clients in order to define treatment objectives and achieve desired results.
