Experience and Specialized Training:

I have worked with school-age children in the School-based setting, and have run social skills groups and parenting groups.  I have worked with individuals of abuse and family of origin issues. I have counseled individuals with life-transitions, stress management, and  multi-cultural issues.

My Treatment Approach:

Individuals go through life’s journey with trials and tribulations, conflicts and resolutions, and self-discovery.  I have been trained to establish a trusting, non-judgmental, understanding, and safe environment where you can process your difficulties and life challenges. I would like to develop a therapeutic relationship with you where you can have room to flourish and grow.  The first courageous step is to make that initial call and come to counseling where I can help you develop coping techniques and provide support to help you lead a more fulfilling and content way of living.
