My Treatment Approach:
It takes a healthy amount of bravery to say “I’m hurting,” “I’m sad,” or “I’m lost.” Seeking counseling is not an admission of weakness. I hope to honor that strength and provide a safe place for self-exploration. In a counseling session, we have permission to take a step back and take time for ourselves. My aim is to utilize strategic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help you find and reach your goals.
Areas of Focus:
- Helping individuals work through feelings of Depression and Anxiety
- Working with Children in developing healthy ways to express Thoughts, Feelings and Emotions
